Return & Exchange Policy
We value your trust and are committed to providing a transparent after-sales experience. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [support@skycoresport.com].

Before Shipment: Cancellations will incur a 3% handling fee based on the total order amount.

After Shipment: Cancellations are not supported. You must receive the package first and initiate a standard return (A $150/bike return fee will apply).
2. Exchange Policy
Before Shipment:

Free exchange for products of the exact same price.

If changing to a different model, you only need to pay the price difference.
After Shipment (In Transit):

Exchanges are not supported once the order has left our facility.
After Delivery (Within 14 Days): We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following rules:

Conditions: Items must be unused, in original condition (free from dirt/odor), and packed in the original packaging. (Please keep the box for at least 14 days).

Standard Exchange Fees:

Bike: $150 / unit

Exchanging for a Different Model: You will be charged the $150 shipping fee plus any price difference between the models.
3. Return Policy
General Returns (Within 14 Days):

Must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Return Fees (Non-Quality Issues): Bike: $150
Non-Returnable Items & Conditions: We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Minor damage or blemishes to the outer packaging box.
-
Damage caused by excessive use, misuse, or improper assembly.
-
Normal wear and tear, including damage to consumable or wearable parts after use.

Used items, batteries (without quality issues), special/custom orders, sale items, and gift cards.
Damaged, Defective, or Shipping Issues: If your item has product quality issues or was damaged during transit, we will make it right:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue AND the condition of the outer packaging box.

Resolution: We will offer free replacement parts, an exchange, or compensation, and we will cover all related shipping costs.
4. Process & Instructions

Approval: We will review and send a return shipping label if approved. (Do NOT return items without authorization).

Ship: Pack securely in original packaging and ship via our provided label.

Inspection: Processing takes 3–6 business days after we receive the item.
5. Refunds & Important Notes

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–15 business days.

Deductions: Any original shipping fees incurred are non-refundable.

Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without prior approval may be rejected or incur up to a 25% restocking fee.
