Skycore Electric Dirt Bike | Limited Warranty Policy
All Skycore Electric Dirt Bikes are covered by a one-year (1-year) comprehensive manufacturer’s limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser.
1. Warranty Period & Transferability
- Automatic Registration: The warranty is automatically registered under the original purchaser's name upon checkout at our online store. Coverage begins on the date of initial product delivery.

Transferability: The warranty may be transferred to a subsequent owner only if both of the following conditions are met:
- The 1-year warranty period from the original delivery date has not expired.
- The new owner possesses the original purchaser’s name and original order number.
2. Scope of Coverage
Skycore will repair or replace any components verified to have manufacturing defects (including shipping damage, as detailed in our Shipping Policy). This warranty does not cover user-inflicted damage, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
3. Component-Specific Terms
The Frame
Skycore electric dirt bike frames are covered by a 1-year replacement warranty.
- What is Covered: Replacement of the frame body only.
- What is Excluded: Labor costs required to transfer existing components to the new frame. Eligibility is determined solely by an authorized Skycore service representative.
Frame Exclusions: Corrosion, paint fading, scratches, cosmetic blemishes, impact/crash damage, irreversible modifications (such as drilling or welding), and frame-mounted chain guards.
The Battery
Skycore lithium batteries are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
- Defective batteries will be repaired or replaced free of charge during the first year.
- The warranty period for any repaired or replaced battery is calculated from the original bike purchase date. All defects must be evaluated and verified exclusively by Skycore.
Battery Exclusions: Damage from accidents, abuse, misuse, or abnormal use (e.g., stunt riding, racing); improper storage; exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, sand, or dust; unauthorized modifications; cosmetic wear; or missing/altered serial numbers.
Specific Battery Prohibitions: Use of incompatible or improper chargers; incorrect charging methods; broken or tampered battery seals; or use of the battery on any non-Skycore vehicle.
Parts & Components
Original Skycore parts and components feature a 1-year limited warranty. Damage caused by user error or abuse is entirely excluded. The owner is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending replacement warranty parts.
This limited warranty explicitly excludes coverage for normal wear and tear parts, including but not limited to:
Brake pads, rotors, spokes, tires, inner tubes, chains, sprockets, shift cables, shifters, cranksets, pedals, saddles, seatposts, handlebars, lights, and kickstands.
General Component Exclusions:
- Corrosion of electrical components.
- Cosmetic or surface finish degradation (scratches, dents, blemishes).
- Damage from unapproved third-party accessories or improper assembly/maintenance not conforming to the User Manual.
- External causes (collision, fire, flood, storms, lightning, theft, or power surges).
- Products purchased or used outside the United States and Canada.
- Third-party labor, installation, diagnostic, or repair fees.
4. Parts, Labor & DIY Service
- DIY Parts Service: Skycore will provide necessary replacement parts and digital installation guidance free of charge. In most cases, returning the defective part is not required unless explicitly requested.
- Labor Fees: Skycore reserves the right to determine whether labor costs for DIY services or repairs are eligible for coverage.
