Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order is processed, tracked, and delivered.
1. Delivery Area & Restrictions
We currently only provide shipping services within the Continental United States (Lower 48 states).
We DO NOT ship to the following regions or address types:

Alaska and Hawaii

Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands

P.O. Boxes

APO / FPO / DPO addresses and Military jurisdictions

Any address or territory outside the continental United States
Note: We may be unable to deliver to certain remote or isolated areas within the continental United States. If your shipping address falls within an undeliverable zone, our customer service team will contact you promptly to discuss alternative solutions.
2. Processing & Shipping Time

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Handling time excludes weekends and public holidays.

Transit Time: Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is typically 3 to 7 business days, depending on your destination.

Warehouse Operations: Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding holidays. We take proactive measures to ensure any potential delays are kept to an absolute minimum. Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays or major promotional events.
3. Order Tracking

A shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent as soon as your package is dispatched.

Tracking numbers generally become active within 24 hours. However, it may take 48 to 72 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status on their system.

If you experience issues tracking your package normally, please contact us. We commit to investigating and resolving the issue within 48 hours.
4. Order Modifications, Cancellations & Fees
Please double-check your shipping details prior to finalizing your order. Once an order is processed or handed over to the carrier, modifications are subject to carrier penalties and operational costs as detailed below:

5. Delayed Deliveries
If your order experiences unexpected transit delays or has exceeded the estimated delivery window, please reach out to our support team immediately at support@skycoresport.com. We will promptly coordinate with the shipping carrier to verify your package status.
